It is non-toxic, non-abrasive, biodegradable, has no fumes or pungent odors, has a mild pH, and contains no harmful butyls, ammonia, or bleach. The Emerald solution is also nonhazardous, making it exempt from EPA and OSHA personal protection and handling requirements for hazardous materials. The simple fact is, Emerald is as strong as it is safe. Which makes it one of the most cost effective ways to remove oil, lubricants, grease and grime from all types of water washable surfaces. It rinses easily with water without leaving oily residues, making it ideal for preparing surfaces for painting, welding, or accepting adhesives. As an earth friendly green product, Emerald will not harm microbes in sewers or wastewater treatment plants and actually helps promote natural degradation by breaking down viscous petroleum wastes.

Versatile all purpose cleaner. Useful for cleaning most water washable surfaces, including painted/unpainted metals, concrete, tile, plastics, wood, vinyl, rubber, terrazzo, porcelain, and most fabrics.

Safe to handle, easy to use, non-corrosive and non-abrasive. Emerald is non-irritating to skin or lungs and harmless to people, wildlife and vegetation. It will not damage pump internals and has an even flowing, low viscosity. Apparatus for application include automatic or manual sprayers, pumps, or through soap/foam induction systems.

Excellent for general plant cleaning and maintenance. including floors, machinery, equipment, concrete, tools, walls, cars, trucks, office fixtures, air conditioner coils, protective gear, etc. Use in soak vats or aqueous parts cleaning machines for cleaning metal parts.

Leaves surfaces clean, dry, and residue free. Excellent for reducing risk of falls due to slippery conditions, both during clean up and after rinsing.

Affordable. You might expect a concentrated, high performance "green" cleaner with so many advantages to be priced substantially higher than conventional cleaners, but surprisingly, Emerald is priced to be competitive with cleaners offering far less.

SUGGESTED DILUTION RATES (with water):

Removing thick deposits of oil, carbon, grease, etc. (apply, brush and/or high pressure rinse):

                        Full Strength to 1: 3 parts water

Pressure washing (through soap inductor or apply using low pressure followed by high-pressure rinse):

                        Hot water/ steam - 2 oz to 6 oz per gallon water (1:64 to 1:20)

                        Cold water – 4 oz to 8 oz per gallon water (1:32 to 1:16)

Floor scrubbers; general mopping, cleaning concrete, industrial floors/ walls:

                        Heavy: 8 oz to 12 oz per gallon (1:16 to1:10)

                        Medium: 3 oz to 8 oz per gallon (1:40 to 1:16)

                        Light: 2 oz to 6 oz per gallon (1:64 to 1:20)

Car/Truck Wash; manual/ pressure washing:  1 to 2 oz per gallon (cars/ cab bodies)

                                                                           6 oz to 12 oz per gallon (tractor trailers)

Floor Scrubber Tip: Add product to water in reservoir for light to medium duty cleaning.
For heavy demands, use sprayer to apply product to floor in appropriate dilution, then run machine using plain water to brush and vacuum up.
Note: For extremely difficult to remove compounds, we recommend using a more intense formulations.
